UAR The Hague: IMDC
On April 7, in partnership with Monumentenzorg Den Haag (The Bureau for Monuments and Historical Sites) and Stroom, the centre for art and architecture in The Hague, the NAI launched the free 3D architecture app UAR which now includes The Hague and the first English-language edition. With this technology at their fingertips, tourists can explore the rich architecture of the Netherlands in the most relevant place of all – the city itself. The UAR app presently covers Rotterdam , Amsterdam , Den Bosch and The Hague . The city of Utrecht will also soon be available on UAR.
Cooperation
This edition of UAR was made possible by Agentschap NL, BankGiro Lotery, VSB fund, SNS Reaal and the Stimuleringsfonds voor Architectuur. The application was developed in cooperation with IN10 Communication, Layar and DPI Animation House. NAi started a partnership with DPI Animation House because of their leading knowledge of 3D and interactive online media. Monumentenzorg The Hague, Stroom The Hague, Haags Historisch Museum and Haags Uitburo / The Hague Marketing have contributed to the content of this edition of UAR.
